Pros
They basically give you the ability to do whatever you want, however you want. There are really no rules besides the time you need to be at work and when you can leave.
Cons
No advancement opportunities, Salaries are completely low balled on all levels, no respect from senior management, No HR department, no policies or procedures for when things are done incorrectly, no privacy. I can't think of a worst place to work.
