      Pros

      Absolutely love working at TSI. The work culture is fabulous and the opportunities for pay increases are superior to every where else!! Management is supportive and in tune with employees! Regular 30 minute weekly training sessions provide ongoing growth- small team structure promotes close tight knit group. The pay is phenomenal!! Several different levels for cold call sales as well as Regualr tier promotions. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Going into my 5th year and looking for many more!!

      Cons

      Honestly the only thing is that sometimes things have to change and a new procedure is out into place to work out a kink or something but that happens everywhere.

      Many people are very nice and eager to help you when you need it.

      Cons

      It’s very cliquey. Workplace politics are very real. You can’t really move around or up unless you’re chummy with upper management. You’re really treated like a vessel not a human.
