Pros

You will get promoted easily in hopes a better title will make up for the pitiful benefits and compensation.

Cons

This company is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. The management is all promotions from with in and majority of the people have no idea what they are doing. They brag on their LinkedIn on "how quickly you can grow" and consistently put ill equip and underqualified people in positions of leadership. Management consistently tries to get way to close to their employees, to a point where it is inappropriate, but if you do not participate, you have no chance of growing in the organization. The salary is significantly lower than market value and the potential for raises is non existent, unless you get an offer at another company and attempt to threaten to leave. The potential for growth is great ! But you will likely never see compensation to come with it. Bonus will barley come in at 50% even though the company consistently brags about performance. Hours are insane, you will be expected to answer at anytime of day, even days off. This company is a complete joke and you are better off being unemployed.
