Pros

Ability to earn a lot of money in commission. Semi-laid back atmosphere. Sometimes we get food brought it or get taken out for drinks so cool activities.

Cons

No back office support. All the owners and upper management are horrible at sales and can’t support their sales team. Management never on the same page. Takes forever to get things done. Promises one thing but never delivers on it. Always re-trading clients at the last second out of greed. Changing peoples commission all the time. Very shady and fake owners. Horrible business practices. Turnover rate is seriously the highest I’ve seen in any business, they will fire people 2 months after hiring them. You could make them hundreds of thousands of dollars but if you have a bad month you’re on the chopping block. They fired all of the people over 40 and pretty much only hire white young men.
