Pros

Very good health insurance . Co-workers supportive .

Cons

No training days for CEUs, used vacation time for it. No financial support for taking CEUs, and their point system . Three points for a sick day, and at 18 points you could lose your job. Points don’t fall off until after 9 months. Not staffed well on inpatient mental health floor which was unsafe at times . Micromanagement is never helpful .
