Inexperienced leadership/toxic culture - Production Manager Tovala Employee Review

Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
