      Pros

      Great exposure to the software and tech sector throughout UK and beyond. Brilliant company working culture, working from home options as well as agile working environments. Great for self motivated people, if you want to succeed here there is a lot of help and advice.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons, the company give great level of autonomy to people. Entrusting them to do their jobs to a good standard.

      Pros

      Employees have lots of autonomy, great colleagues and interesting work challenges. It's a good environment for young employees looking for growth and challenges. The company has a strong commitment to social causes and encourages pro bono work.

      Cons

      The management structure is hard to understand. Also, the relationship between Touchstone and the parent company, SRA International, is not very productive.
