      1. Technicians never speak to upper management directly, so this is a fraudulent review. They have 1 specific contact who goes over all service repairs. 2. Glassdoor allows any individual to post whatever they want without repercussions for fraud. 3. All of our Wichita, KS technicians are with us. Whoever wrote this is not in Wichita, KS and is hiding behind a computer screen.
