In response to your comment on management style, since you left we have already identified a new supplier to partner with us on people manager training. This will ensure that everyone, with management responsibilities, has the support they need to be effective in their role and coach their team. This also includes the Executive Leadership Team! The effectiveness of this programme will be tracked to ensure it is relevant and helps us achieve the culture we want in relation to continuous development for all employees.
As Head of People, I’m committed to ensuring this is a success and is in line with the objectives I’ve agreed with the co-founders to keep moving in the right direction.
