Pros
- a lot of young, intelligent software developers - interesting, complex projects
Cons
- sometimes the deadlines are way too tight, - in some departments overtime is a habit and it's not paid. Once the CEO asked the developer in my department to work a full week-end. He promised he will pay us for those hours. We worked all the week-end and delivered on time but we never got paid.
