      They have plenty of clients

      Everything else--I don't see how they have so many decent reviews on here. I hear tons of employees talk about how much they hate working here and don't feel valued. Are the reviews even real? Turnover here is CRAZY and it's so unfortunate that our clients get gaps in services because of this.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
