      Pros

      Someone will pay for training. I would recommend to any friend as a prank.

      Cons

      TS may not pay for everything else. TS hires and fires at will. "At will" means without notice, the weekend before Christmas. TS management cannot be found.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
