No room for advancement. Lazy upper management who sleep for extended periods of time on shift. Very loud Screaming matches between office workers with no repercussions. Hard working full time employees are "let go" without reason to save a few bucks of not having to pay someone full time benefits to do the same jobs. When that could be handled with ridding the company of the higher paid sleeping employees. When someone is let go, a member of upper management usually comes out to brag about what just occurred. Employees have gone in and have done every job requested of them and these are the employees who are terminated. They nees help constantly, but the truth is they are not interested in anything other than seasonal workers who they don't have to pay benefits to. There's only handful with the exception of upper management who do nothing to contribute to make this operation safer and better for all who step foot here.
