Pros
- Very involved upper management from senior manger to president Nacey. They respond to feedback and genuinely listen to their managers.
- Responsive, thorough, and friendly HR Department.
- Great communication of goals and expectations, as well follow-up to stay on track.
Cons
- Extreme penny pinching; the boots on the ground do not have the equipment, ppe, and resources they need. Every request with any financial burden at all is met with pushback, even if the request is clearly necessary. Pay raises are not given, even for employees with phenomenal reviews. It's very clear that everyone is viewed as easily replaceable.
- Everyone is overworked. Long hours with no pay raises for years is the standard.
- Burnout seems to happen at every level.
