Pros
Good benefits (fully-paid medical!) Great people. Awesome software product,TRM RulesManager Studio, that is well-known in the Maximo community.
Cons
Less internal training resources then some other companies (Mostly rely on already trained personnel). Small company so tough to move-up. Lessons learned and process documentation is scattered through company servers and people. (Again relies on the quality of the people to deliver high quality results)
