Pros
Great culture and fun environment. Good leaders willing to help you.
Cons
As someone who graduated from a good University and coming to work here out of college, it was great when I started. As you keep working there they tell you to hit more numbers call call call and harass people to work with you. The thing about this company that I noticed in my first 6 months of working there is that the brokers that have been there for years who have already gotten good clients and large accounts rely on people like me to come work on their account for 6 months and hire another laet after your time, They give you the resources to build a book but just because they are the 2nd largest 3pl doesn't mean they are the best. You will call and call and get told off so many times. People don't like TQL they have a bad reputation. Whether it's bad communication, double-brokering, backdoored. The chances to become successful in this company is like winning the lotto. You have to be so lucky to close a good customer or if you stay there long enough you will get a bunch of accounts inherited from people that were smart enough to leave. For 40k and the amount they expect you to do is unreal. Working 2 Saturdays a month is beyond me. I found a job that pays more and is M-F and have to make half the calls TQL wants you to make as well as commission right off the bat. Don't go work for this company. Quitting TQL was the best day of my life. Most of the people that I knew that worked there or I met there don't work there anymore. It's just a REVOLVING DOOR.
