Pros
TQL has provided myself with the opportunity to make a lot of money with no real ceiling on the amount I can make. This job does require you to work long hours and be on call 24/7 but the effort that you put in will provide you will salary that is well above any other sales job you can find right out of college. They do a great job of making the work place a fun atmosphere and building relationships with fellow co-workers to make the job seem a bit more enjoyable. People who love competition will go far in this company, if you do not like to set goals and compete with others this job is not for you.
Cons
Literally on call 24/7, I recieve phone calls at 3 am almost nightly. You have to have tough skin in order to deal with customers and truck drivers that do not care about what you have going on outside of work with your personal life. Getting yelled and and cursed out, meeting the demands of customers who put their business in your hands. Being able to separate your personal life from your work life is one of the hardest things about this job.
