Pros
A/C from being glued to a desk.
Cons
Where do I began. I mean, here I am a month after quitting, still feeling the fear that they instilled in me. I almost thought about not writing this due to fear. I know what you’re probably thinking, “this is just one guy, how bad can it really be?” I thought the same thing when I saw reviews like this, then ignored them and took the job. DO NOT WORK HERE. I dreaded going to work every single day. Sure, some of the people I worked with were cool, but they’re not there anymore. 1) In training you have to wait until all low paying truck loads are booked, in order to take a 30 minute lunch. After training, and even towards the end of it, you are glued to your desk and are given the cold shoulder for simply taking a 30 minute lunch. So just about everyone doesn’t take lunch. 2) The turnover rate is close to 80% and they don’t give a single crap about it. It’s part of their culture really. “Turn and burn”. 3) Their recruiting department is the antithesis of big brother. I sent off a resume to a separate employer privately, on my home computer, and they somehow found out. This was in a completely different industry, with a completely different field. I mean, who wouldn't start to look for a different job when they always have to look over their shoulder.
