Pros
It's a great opportunity to make a lot of money quickly. There are numerous employees with less than 2.5 years tenure making over $100k. The atmosphere is motivating - everyone around you is hungry and like-minded and everyone pushes each other to get to the next level. The technology and training are top-notch, and you are given literally everything you need to be successfull, all it takes is you to actually do the work. We have happy hours and patio parties and things of that nature which foster a fun environment. Ultimately though, the biggest pro of the job is being able to control how much you make, while having the safety of a base pay.
Cons
It's a lot of work. Nothing worthwhile comes easy, and this is no exception. You do have to work some Saturdays and be available for after hours calls, but they aren't excessive. I can also say that during the interview, they were very clear about the expectations. There's no surprises.
