Manageable hours, your commission is based off of your work effort, fun and energetic environment, great overhead, influential training, up to date technology. Opportunity to improve and climb the ladder-if you have the drive and mental stability you will do well.
Cons
Time-if you want to make it big, you are going to have to put in the time and effort in order to be successful. Make your own luck pick up the phone-some people miss that concept. Some things can be done different but saying that would how things work here, and the company must be doing something right to be where they are. Selection process is like anywhere else you must be liked or show you have the capability to achieve and grow to show your relevance. It’s a grind, burn and churn-if you’re not aggressive and mentally strong this is not a good fit-if you are you may have found your calling.
