Total Party Planner truly gives employees the opportunity to shine! After working here for over a year, I've been able to build upon my skill set, and work in an empowering team environment. Our leaders work to ensure not only our clients are treated with care, but that their employees are as well. We're encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, collaborate with all departments to create effective solutions and enhance our procedures. The work environment is not micro-managed, but we huddle together to stay on track with our daily/weekly tasks. We have a very positive mindset, and successes are praised by the entire team!
It's great to come into a workplace everyday and make a difference in caterers lives! At the end of the day, I feel the happiness of knowing I was able to make help someone and be a part of something bigger. How cool!
