      - Very supportive environment with growth and progression opportunities - Great team work, one big family - Friendly senior management team who are approachable - Lots of opportunities for travel on the events team, working in some amazing locations - Empathetic and supportive HR team - Pay day lunches, quarterly socials, summer Fridays, 20 WFH days per year on top of 1 WFH day per week

      Cons

      Faced paced environment particularly during the busy event season which can lead to difficult work/life balance but that is the nature of the industry. Just speak up if you are feeling overwhelmed and you will be supported. The company has put in more measures to support better work/life balance.

      A really varied events role working across Global Clients. Huge opportunity for growth and promotion with great support from management. A great team and fun office environment - great culture and social aspects.

      Super fast paced environment that might not be for everyone, but great if you enjoy it!
