Autocratic & Unprofessional Leadership: Zero tolerance for dialogue; dissent is punished, not discussed and Irrational, top-down decision-making with no logical justification. Toxic Work Culture: High turnover (employees flee within months—ask around) and Leadership spreads negativity, badmouths ex-staff instead of self-reflecting. Career & Development Stagnation: No growth pathways—promotions are myths, raises are folklore and Stagnant learning environment; zero investment in employee skills. Unhygienic & Unmanaged Workplace: Poor company hygiene (more than 10staff using one toilet with no cleaner to clean the whole office) and Lack of basic management - chaos reigns, yet leadership blames staff.
