Pros
The work culture among colleagues is excellent. There is a strong sense of teamwork and mutual support; coworkers truly stand by each other during difficult times.
Cons
Management Style: Leadership lacks clear direction. Communication is often based on unfounded accusations toward staff rather than logic. Excessive daily meetings significantly hamper actual productivity. Compensation Issues: Salary payments are consistently delayed, sometimes by up to two months. Statutory obligations, including EPF and SOCSO contributions, have been neglected for nearly a year. Contractual Concerns: The HR department has implemented highly restrictive 3-year bonds for new staff. While salary increments were promised through bi-monthly appraisals, these have not been fulfilled. Furthermore, staff are reportedly threatened with heavy financial penalties (repaying 3 years' salary) if they resign. Operational Inefficiency: High-level management decisions do not seem to add value to the company’s growth or employee welfare.
