Pros

Birthday parties every two months. Nice Christmas party.

Cons

It doesn't matter what your title is, you WILL do the job functions of at least 3 people, but you'll only get paid for one of them, and then you'll be questioned why you couldn't get everything done. There is an unspoken expectation of working beyond a 40 hour work week, but if you do so, it's of your own volition. You won't get paid for it. However, this IS seen as being "dedicated to the job"; those who do give up their free time for free are looked at as lesser employees. Hard work in a 40 hour work week will get you nowhere as far as advancement goes; you better be willing to not have a home life, enjoy being taken advantage of, and play the proper political games. It's unfortunate, because most of the employees there are good people and work hard to help the company be successful. But they're overworked and stressed to the breaking point, and their efforts go unnoticed because management is so disconnected from reality.

Pros

The staff is dedicated to the community they serve. They provide essential primary and (some select) specialized health care services to the economically and socially underprivileged citizens of Baltimore City.

Cons

The administration, particularly the current COO is clueless. They couldn't find their way out of a paper sack with the assistance of a seeing eye dog, and the most state of the art guidance technology.
