I can express enough how much I enjoyed my time and experience at TEC. Their key growth areas are Environmental Construction and Petroleum System Services, but was happy to assist in elevating their Industrial Hygiene arm. In each area, they have experienced and knowledgeable professionals with long tenures within the company, and rewarded with a strong backlog of work. Opportunities are there if you have a sense of initiative. Nice and laid back atmosphere. A great place for the environmental professional!

Upper management has lied about why certain employees left, Family members are valued, Low Wages, Management is well aware of what is considered a low wage, Unclear instructions, Lack of Communication on projects, Current employees not being properly utilized before company hires others at higher wages, No area to grow into another position.
