Store Manager - Manager Toss Designs Employee Review

I have worked for the company for two years. Great group of people and we are always doing new product. Very fast paced and above average salary.

Very fast paced and this is not for everyone. We have lost a few people as they cannot keep up with the pace.

Tons of potential, could be a very successful company.

It is very sad to work for a company that does not value their employees. All of the employees try so hard to see this company succeed only to get negative feedback and false promises of reward. The owner pays the employees the bare minimum with no chance of a raise, EVER and zero benefits while she parades around with the latest designer bags and new cars. This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever worked in. Management pits employees against each other and there is more gossip spread by upper management than a middle school playground. There is an extremely high turnover here with management and store sales people. Everyone in the stores works so hard but no one stays. I don't think a single past employee has anything positive to say about this place which is extremely sad.
