Pros
Good Management Structures Workflow and Policies. Overall, very good foundation. Company targets exactly what customers need and hence excelling in customer satisfications.
Cons
Working system is very complex and needs some improvements. we can learn everything at once but will take lots of time, efforts and its hectic to adapt everything at once. Hence learning is slower and stressful also its in efficient as in learning process we lose business and time.
