Pros
Its customers were a blast to work with. I worked at the first Canadian store to open and the customers were lined up outside the door for the opening day and everyone was excited to finally have a store in Canada, which made it fun to work there as their energy just seemed to rub off on you. The staff was great to work with as well and we all seemed to get along great.
Cons
At first, we were given a lot of hours, but then all of a sudden they cut back our hours to no more then 4 or 5 hours a shift and if you were lucky you would get more than two shifts a week. You were lucky if you got more than minimum wage. Management was so focussed on sales that they put unrealistic goals on the staff. A few months after I quit I went back to the store to buy some new work clothes and it took over 30 min for someone to even say hello to me, as they only had three people working that day and they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Management is more concerned with making money then its customers or staff members.
