Pros
This place has a lot of potential for growth. The work is based on a tour of duty where the company tries to fulfill your needs and you try to fulfill theirs. Because of regular 1-1's with your leaders this tour of duty is a strict guideline towards becoming a better professional. The remote working culture is very free. You can work when and where you want as long as you are able to join the daily standup meeting once a day. Pay is good considering the company is a scale up and there is a good likelyhood to get a salary increase by growing your job title.
Cons
I've seen a lot of review that mention that torre expects you to work 70h a week but that's not true. Torre has a remote working culture that is based on what you get done, not about how many hours you work. You can't just sit around for 8h a day like in a regular office job. To work for Torre you need to be able to manage your time properly. This demands a lot of self-control and therefore the job is not for everyone. Contrary to other beliefs here Torre cares a lot about their employees and the lack of HR is compensated in very caring management and very regular 1-1's to see how you are doing personally and how the company can help you if anything is up
