Instead of being handed trivial tasks, I was given real ownership within the AI and Data Engineering vertical, working directly on production-level RAG architectures, FastAPI backends, and asynchronous pipelines. The mentorship here is top-notch; my manager was incredibly supportive, always patient with my queries, and actively invested in my technical development.
