Pros

- Ceo is extremely smart and dedicates time to sharing his knowledge and generating great debates on how best to solve clients problems with the full team - Feedback taken onboard and used to drive change - People matter: unlike in many other corporate finance advisors, everyone is respected. Long hours, yes of course, but there is flexibility and willingness to involve people in deals based on their interests - Management is focused on making people grow: employees are promoted and empowered to take on more responsibility - Clients are amazing: some of the best tech companies in the uk

Cons

Uk centric - sf foothold exists and generates some activity but most of the deals happen in the uk. not a real con, but if you are in the search for a lot of exposure to us / silicon valley this is prob not your place
