Pros
Remote work, flexible, decent pay
Cons
When you first start in a role you only see the positive in a company and focus on the good, that doesn't last long here. I've never seen a company who treats their employees so poorly before. They have been letting people go for almost 2 years now, usually not announced, cut benefits, frozen salary increases, even when being promoted, and micro-mange everything you do. The people that are let go has nothing to do with performance but purely cutting costs. Imagine being a consistent top performing team player then one day you've been "re-structured" out of the organization. The management, especially Director level and above, are a bunch of "yes men" to a delusional CEO who thinks his staffing company is a multi-billion dollar consulting company. They only look out for themselves and "do what they're told" by the CEO. Not sure who's writing these positive reviews but I would only take a role here out of desperation and my advice would be to keep looking. They won't care about you so you shouldn't care about them
