Pros
The company really takes care of their employees in terms of flexibility and autonomy. Every month we have an all hands in which the C level talks about the state of the company in a very transparent way. I haven't found one single bad manager so far. They share similar values on taking care of the person first. Salary is great! They hand you $500usd a year for changing hardware but only allow computer hardware, not office one. They only hand out a good amount to cover health insurance.
Cons
There aren't many good extra benefits other than good salary. For 1 year of the company I got a $50usd gift card for the toptal swag store. And the $500usd for hardware are only for computers, so you have to wait for some years to use it for upgrades that cost more than that.
