Pros
- Nice building/location - Benefits - extra paid time off for holidays - paid sick days, two weeks vacation pay, two personal days It was refreshing to join a company that promoted a good life/work balance. But if your aren't the 1% who is favored expect to have to work harder/longer hours. Might be a good place to start but if you find yourself waiting for an opportunity that hasn't come it probably won't.
Cons
-Little room for growth/opportunites -Nepotism/favorites -Huge gap between the 1% and 99% -It's understood across the board to that to be promoted you must fit a specific mold, if not you’re dispensable -No diversity in the "favorites" -People who are hired/promoted aren't always qualified, usually family/friend/favorite
