The students are great and lesson plans are done for you
Cons
The owner does not care about the staff or students at all, and only views it as a business in which he can make as much money as possible. If the school cancels classes, you are left with no salary. For which, the school decided to end classes 2 months before the end of the school year so we were essentially left without a job.
There is also no reward for loyalty, no pay raises or opportunities to advance (I'd been there for several years and pay did not change)
No sick pay, no paid time off or even much unpaid time off
