Bad culture - Project Manager Toppan Printing Employee Review

it was ok, the hours were good

the pay was not good enough

Decent pay, job not hard, the employees on the floor are not bad to work with

Good ole boys club, you have to stroke supervisions ego if you need something, very narrow minded from top to bottom, they keep putting lipstick on a pig thinking it is going to turn into a unicorn. Since the sonoco and toppan acquisition the toppan group has not bothered one time to introduce them selves and give a proposal of growth! They have left the same old people that is sinking the ship in charge and it is very discouraging for this business because the potential is so much more than they are willing to produce!
