      Some of the Top level management is great.

      Cons

      There is no structure. Management expects excellence with little information and training. Pay is less and work is required overtime with no overtime pay.

      Pros

      Topio Networks provides great flexibility in when/where we work. I've had to move back to Europe during my time and it was no issue at all.

      Cons

      Since Topio Networks is a non-funded startup, it comes with some unknowns.
