Like many marketing agencies, we have had to make challenging decisions in response to changes in client demand and the broader market environment. When those decisions have involved workforce reductions, they were made to ensure the long-term viability of the company, not as a reflection of individual performance or value.
We do not agree with the characterization of our leadership or culture as described here. We remain committed to treating employees with respect, listening to feedback, and continuing to evolve how we operate as a business. Experiences can vary widely depending on timing and circumstance, and we acknowledge that not every individual experience will be the same.
