Pros
When there was a shortage of equipment, sales and money was good. Once the market turned, you saw the owners and their appointed leaders true colors. Obvious favoritism that is not hidden at all, leads given to a select few and to nobody else, expected to cold call on lists that are poor. They have had 3 waves of layoffs and more are coming.
Cons
They don't care about your well being and will show it in many ways, Owners have 3 other failed businesses in the same field and are making the same mistakes again and again. If you have COVID and can't work from home, they charge you PTO, poor PTO benefits 7 days accrued a year, NO sick time, and poor health benefits that take a chunk from your pay check. Avoid if you can!
