ONLY the social/ informal work culture (sometimes even that can be toxic when someone is forced to socialize)

Cons

You are asked to be efficient at your task (eg. type faster) so you can complete 12 hours of work in 8 hours. Managers micro-manage every menial task of yours (check if your inbox is empty, stalk your progress every hour, nit-pick your every word/comment/update)

-Huge learning curve -Salary on time

Cons

-At times, Frequent agressive and confrontational communication from a founding member -Minor issues were often escalated unnecessarily and feedback sometimes included character-focused remarks instead of clear feedback -Micromanagement by managers -Long working hours
