Pros

ophawks is a fast-paced and performance-driven organization with a strong execution mindset. As a Manager – Client Acquisition, I’ve had significant autonomy in driving enterprise conversations across staffing, mystery audits, BTL activations, and data collection mandates. Key strengths: Clear revenue-focused leadership Quick decision-making without excessive hierarchy Strong backend operations team that supports sales commitments Real-time reporting infrastructure that helps close enterprise deals Exposure to large brands and multi-city projects The operations and field teams are highly dependable, which makes it easier to confidently pitch aggressive timelines to clients. There is strong ownership culture — if you deliver results, you are recognized.

Cons

The environment is target-driven, which may not suit individuals looking for a slow-paced role. Timelines can be tight, especially during peak retail or activation seasons. Processes are evolving as the company scales, so adaptability is important.
