It’s 100% fast-paced, and you’ll wear a lot of hats, which is amazing for growth, but can feel like a lot on busy weeks. But that’s where management is encouraging as long as you have an honest communication with them with your capacity and coordinate your workload, they’re willing to adjust and pivot. Some systems and workflows are still evolving since it’s a lean team, so you need to be good at managing your own energy, time, and priorities. Compensation can start on the lower side, but performance and results matter a lot here, and there’s room to grow.
