Pros
Because the company isn't huge, direct contact with senior management is easy. Employees are listened too. Emphasis is on performance and satisfying the customer. Compensation is very good.
Cons
No significant cons unless you don't want to work remote. Working remotely doesn't allow for one-on-one interaction.
