Pros

-Freedom to choose where you work -Freedom to choose your own schedule

Cons

-2 Day Unpaid Training -You have to buy your own uniform -Pay not worth the amount of work you do You are a banquet server for pristine events in and around atlanta. You will be expected to represent Top Job with the upmost respect and dignity. The amount of work you do and lack of help you get is not worth the $10 an hour. This was the most strenuous and labor demanding job I've ever had. You may be working a buffet banquet of 100 people and only have maybe 1-2 other people helping you carry dishes, buffet food, drinks, glasses, and more. You get treated by dirt by the guests as you are just a server to them. The management at the venue you work out also treat you you like dirt because you are a third party contractor working through TOPJOB. I worked weddings, bar mitzvahs, chrsitmas parties and more. Your responsible for setting up the table, serving food, serving drinks, pouring wine, folding napkins, and clean up which includes putting all the dirty dishes away folding all the tables and chairs, and carrying all the banquet food. It's a lot of physical labor walking back and forth and carrying wine glasses. Buckhead Betty's will yell you, banquet managers will yell at you, and even the owner of TopJob will be quick to yell at you and replace you if you mess up. I don't enjoy the general public especially when it's rich rude privileged people treating other humans like dirt just trying to make a paycheck. Top job was the worst employment agency I've ever worked for and I would never go back.

Pros

Flexible schedule is a perk for sure.

Cons

They make you work a certain amount of shifts a week, even if there aren't any shifts available for bartenders. They will make you pick up as bar back or server or fire you
