Pros
We work on very interesting topics with lots of freedom to contribute. All employees are shareholders and we do have a good team spirit that makes us better every day.
Cons
The company was founded only 2 years ago and grew fast, so there are growing pains. And if you don't like a fast paced environment then this might be difficult. But if you don't mind then it's a great place to work.
