Pros
Great place to work at, with a positive environment and a truly wonderful group of people. I had the opportunity to work with many brilliant, talented individuals who are all really fun to hang out with too! Fun and inclusive culture, opportunities to grow and continue learning, and since they were acquired by SPS Commerce there are many more opportunities for growth and chances to work on new, interesting projects using cutting edge technologies.
Cons
Not sure what it's like now, but the health benefits were decent, not great compared to what some larger organizations out there are offering. Typical challenges exist with information occasionally being siloed and not communicated across departments, but I've seen great improvements in my time at Toolbox and feel like this is probably way better managed than I've seen elsewhere.
