Tomotechi is a great team of IT professionals, very supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for its customers as well as employees. The team makes you feel like a family and not just another employee. Tomotechi also puts on great team meetings.

Not a large company, for me it was a pro.

Great pay, flexible hours, and the team is made of incredibly intelligent, easy-going people that are genuinely a pleasure to work with. Possibly the biggest reason to work for them is their willingness to help you develop your technical skills. All my co-workers were always happy to help me out, share their knowledge, and make sure I had the support I needed when I had to resolve something I was unfamiliar with. I learned more in my year there than I did in any previous 4 or 5 year period of my 10+ years in IT. Honestly, this was the best job I've ever had, without question.

Once I had a minor issues with pay, but it was resolved quickly.
