Not a lot of pros, there is some nice people working there
Cons
Management style Morale Annual leave 20 days which is actually only 16 when your forced to take days at Xmas time Lack of a package it’s just your flat salary unless your liked and they may give you health insurance and other things No structure They are out to make money for themselves that is it Do not question anything they do I would question the behaviour of the management it’s border line bullying in my opinion
