Pros
-Friendly work environment -A great bistro at the former campus (when I worked there) -Decent pay -Decent work/life balance
Cons
- Most of the long-time employees and management (10 years or more) coast and achieve advancement through office politics -While pay was decent other, non-technical positions where paid outrageous salaries . This also went for managers who pushed their responsibilities onto other employees and/or had no hard/soft skills. - Benefits were insufficient. Only two weeks off for PTO and they also offered no paternity leave. -When the pandemic hit, many fortune 500 companies used funds from their war chest to keep people employed. Toll Brothers on the other hand, which prides itself on being good to its employees and referring to itself as the "Toll Family" laid off close to 1,000 employees while bragging about the stimulus it received from the government and ability to sell homes during this period.
